Industries We Serve
Engineering teams for SaaS companies.
Multi-tenancy, metered billing, onboarding funnels and the unglamorous platform work that decides whether your margins hold as you grow.
What Makes It Hard
The problems that actually bite.
Multi-tenancy decided too late
Retrofitting tenant isolation into a single-tenant schema is one of the most expensive migrations in SaaS. We would rather get the boundary right early.
Billing that drifts from reality
Usage metering, proration, plan changes and dunning are where revenue quietly leaks. These paths need tests as seriously as your core product.
Onboarding that loses trials
Time-to-first-value is the number that moves conversion. It is usually an engineering problem dressed as a marketing one.
Platform work losing to features
Someone has to own upgrades, observability and performance. Dedicated engineers absorb that without stalling the roadmap.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can you work on our existing SaaS product?
Yes, and most of our SaaS engagements are exactly that. We begin with a short audit of the codebase and the deploy process before touching feature work.
Do you handle SOC 2 readiness engineering?
We implement the technical controls auditors ask for: audit logging, access review tooling, encryption and change management. We are not an auditor and do not sign off on the certification itself.
How fast can an engineer be productive on our codebase?
For a reasonably documented codebase, a first meaningful pull request in the first week is normal. We treat the first two weeks as ramp-up and price accordingly.
