Every developer we place has shipped production systems for at least five years. There are no juniors quietly billed at senior rates.
Your process, not ours
The developer works in your repository, your ticketing system and your review process. You set priorities directly, with no account manager in between.
Real timezone overlap
Engineers work a shifted day to give you a meaningful daily overlap with US, UK/EU or Australian business hours — not a token hour at the edges.
Replace or scale in two weeks
If the fit is wrong, you say so and we replace the engineer. If you need three more, you get them. Two weeks' notice either way.

Engagement

Per engineer, 160 hours per month, fully dedicated. Deployed within 48 business hours, scale up or down on two weeks' notice, full IP ownership from the first commit.

Common questions.
How is this different from staff augmentation?
In practice it is staff augmentation done carefully. The difference is the seniority bar, the timezone overlap and the fact that one accountable senior contact at Nimlogix owns the relationship, so you are not left managing a stranger alone.
What happens if the developer is not a good fit?
Tell us within the first two weeks and we replace them at no cost, including the onboarding time. After that, a standard two-week notice applies in either direction.
Do we own the code?
Yes, entirely. IP assignment is signed before the first commit, and it covers everything the engineer produces for you, including work in progress.
