Yes, and that is the usual starting point. We audit what exists, document it, and then improve it incrementally rather than proposing a rebuild you do not need.
Do you provide ongoing on-call cover?
We can, under a retainer with a defined response SLA. More often we build the runbooks and alerting so your own team can hold the pager confidently.
How much cloud cost can realistically be saved?
It varies, but a first pass on an unoptimised account commonly finds 20-40% without touching architecture. We show the measurements before recommending anything.
