Discovery before estimates
We run a paid discovery phase to map the domain, the integrations and the edge cases. The estimate that follows is based on findings, not on optimism.
A statement of work you can hold us to
Every milestone has written acceptance criteria. "Done" is defined before the sprint starts, which is what stops scope arguments later.
Milestone-based payment
You pay per accepted milestone. If a milestone is not accepted, it is not billed — which keeps the incentive on our side to get it right.
Weekly demos, always
Every week you see running software, not a status document. Course corrections happen in week two, not month four.

Common questions.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
Change is normal. We price the change as a written variation against the SOW and you approve it before the work starts. What we do not do is absorb scope silently and then surprise you with a delay.
Who owns the repository during the build?
You do. We commit to your repository under your organisation from the first sprint, so there is never a handover cliff at the end.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
Defects against the agreed acceptance criteria — anything that does not behave as the SOW says it should. New features requested after launch are quoted separately.
